Dave brings 15+ years of Business and Systems consulting experience to Holagen Services Group.  He has been key a player in all of his engagements by providing expert advice to optimize business processes and then implement them at the right time in the right order.  He has a background in IT that has allowed him to bridge the gap between the business and the developer to create solutions that continuously meets or exceeds expectations.  His diverse skill set has enabled him to work with clients to create a vision and provide direction through wireframes and then see that vision all the way through to implementation. He has worked with many different organizations in the public sector including Health and Safety Regulators and Health Authorities.
